Terms & Conditions

1. All items pictured here are brand new.
2. Reservations are strictly limited to 48 hours, pending which, item will be released to the next interested buyer.

3. Reservations will only be made for buyers who fill up the order form.

4. No price haggling, refunds or exchange will be entertained. All care will be taken to ensure colour of pictures, description of items etc are as accurate as possible.

5. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Pos Malaysia. We will, of course, package the sent items properly.

6. All monetary transactions can be completed via Maybank, Public Bank or Paypal. Please include our email address in the bank form if it is an online transfer, or email/sms us after it is done.

7. Shipping will be done within 3 working days of confirmed payment via-

W Malaysia- RM7(min)

E Malaysia- RM8(min)

8. COD is possible with 30% downpayment and at our convenience only. This is because one of us is working, and the other has no car to get around. Do enquire within. We may be able to work something out.
9. ALL promotions/discounts/offers are not applicable to items that need to be restocked, unless stated otherwise.
10. All vouchers only valid for new items or items at original price.

11. We reserve the right to add to, or change any of the above T&C at any given time if faced with backout/MIA buyers.
